Pilates

Josef Pilates (1883-1967)  developed this method after whom it was named.

Pilates is a systematic, gentle and highly effective full-body training to strengthen the muscles – primarily those of the pelvic floor, abdomen and back.

Breathing plays an essential role in Pilates training. Individual muscles and muscle groups are activated, relaxed and stretched. The Pilates method is a very effective method to improve movement patterns in everyday life, at work, during sports or leisure time.

The method activates deep muscles and core muscles to improve mobility.

Pilates training activates the entire body without putting strain on it.
